Yoga – Deep YIN Stretch & Relaxation
An extremely mellow and relaxing class to just settle in and take some time to de-stress and enjoy each pose! Our Newest class, Deep YIN Stretch & Relaxation Yoga is a meditative slow-paced class that explores deep stretching to enhance joint mobility and flexibility. Each pose is held for long periods of time to target tendons, ligaments and fascia within the body. Complement your active lifestyle with this grounding, stress relieving practice.

Yoga – Freedom Flow
Freedom Flow is a Yoga style class that is designed to work your entire body, from every muscle, joints, tendon & ligament, to your internal organs, glands and every cell in your body. It builds strength, flexibility and balance, and increases your cardiovascular and circulatory systems, while toning the muscles of the body.

Yoga – Forever Flexible
Our Yoga Flexibility program will show you our favorite Yoga poses that will increase your flexibility. See and feel results after your first class! Gain freedom in your body and release tension and tightness.

Yoga – Happy Hips
Happy Hips Yoga is a great class to help stretch and strengthen your hips. Variations will be offered, and props can also be used. Some flow to allow you to move gracefully from one pose into the next, along with more intermediate poses where you can work on arm balances as well.

Yoga – Power Flow & Strength
Our Power Flow & Strength Yoga class will challenge your mind and body thru flows that increase your flexibility, releases toxins from your body, helps you de-stress and helps you feel great!

Yoga – 6-Week Restorative Yoga Program

PILATES

Pilates – Arms, Abs & Buns
A fun fun fun class that will have you working on your arms, abs & buns with great music and an excellent routine where we get to use bands, blocks and balls to help tone, tighten and firm our “trouble areas”. We start off with Yoga, blend it in with some great Pilates moves as well as core training and finish off in a nice and relaxing savasana or seated meditation! Come and join us for a great hour of a perfect blend of intensity and relaxation.

Pilates – Cardio Pilates Bootcamp
This high energy Pilates Cardio Core Bootcamp class is going to tone & tighten your body from head to toe. Increase muscle strength, increase your flexibility and develop a strong core. You will also notice an improvement in your coordination, balance as well as your posture. Get ready to burn calories with Cardio drills and have fun exercising to dance music!

FUSION

Fusion – Burn & Firm (Intense)
Enjoy a 1 hour Hot Pilates Burn & Firm class where we will be using Pilates bands & Yoga Blocks to target your core, back, butt, thighs and arms! Get ready for a high energy class with high energy music and the spirit of Aloha! Be prepared to sweat like never before!

Fusion – Core and Flow
Fusion Core & Flow is a fun class that incorporates Yoga poses with Pilates Core mat work. Learn to develop strong core muscles, while toning up your body, increasing your flexibility and connecting with your breath.

Fusion – High Energy Flow (Intense)
Our High Energy Fusion Flow class is a fun and playful class where you get to move to energetic music. You will learn how to work your body with Yoga flow sequences as well as and Pilates exercises. This will make it possible for integrity, self awareness, and to challenge yourself.

Fusion – Lahaina Look Good & Feel Good
Lahaina Look Good & Feel Good is our newest style of Fusion class, mixing restorative Pilates and a variety of other movement techniques that will strengthen muscles in your back body, improving spinal mobility, increasing flexibility and strengthening postural muscles. Our signature class will combine Eastern ancient techniques that are proven to help you look good, feel good and age gracefully. Lahaina is a on the island of Maui, where you truly feel the beauty of the islands of Aloha, the smells in the air, the freshness in every breathe you take… it all makes you feel oh so good!!
